I worked as a UX/UI Designer for RKJ Designs, leading the redesign and ongoing management of their e-commerce website.
My goal was to increase engagement and retention while creating a cohesive visual identity that reflected the brand’s values of inclusivity, individuality, and sustainability.

I collaborated closely with the founder and used a human-centered, iterative design approach, combining user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to balance business needs with user goals. Drawing from my interest in Indo-Western fashion, I translated user insights into clear branding, intuitive layouts, and a refined shopping experience.
