Sweet India Co. is a conceptual premium kulfi ice cream brand inspired by traditional Indian flavors. This project focused on translating cultural storytelling into a modern packaging system that feels artisanal and scalable.
As the brand systems designer, I created a cohesive and scalable visual system for Sweet India Co. that is flavor based. Each flavor uses a unique color palette and pattern while the overall brand structure stays consistent. The flexible pattern logic allows for adaptation across flavors without compromising brand cohesion.
The brand identity subtly references Indian cultural symbolism through the label form and typography. The logo reinterprets the lotus as the top of an ice cream cone, while the arched label draws from traditional Indian architecture.
